It all started in 1993 when my wife asked me if i didn't know of any other Foreigners who wanted to meet a Dominican lady.
At the time I didn't know anything about internet or computers.

In early 1999 a friend in Canada was looking to build some websites. He came up with the name Latin Affairs

Meet Woman, black or white, online or in the Dominican Republic
Almost all Dominican marriage agencies are of two types. There are National or International marriage agencies. National agencies are generally located in The Dominican republic. 

International Agencies are run from Europe or the USA or Australia. These international agencies have never met the Woman who are in their database and have no idea of who you are corresponding with. They know nothing about these women other than what is on a form they receive via e mails or online forms.

If they have never met them how do they know the women are not scams or if the women even exist?
